I can pretend that everything is fine and dandy. I can ignore the stress. I can assume the headache is from not drinking enough water.

I can't ignore a BP reading that made my doctor literally gasp.

Today is a new day.

A new start.

A Time to breathe

Refocus and

Stay calm.

Pretty sure that filing divorce papers yesterday and then having my soon to be ex husband served last night didn't help, but seeing that look on my doctors face when he saw how high my blood pressure was made me a little bit scared for the first time in a while.

Breathe. Relax. Calm. Smile.

Time to be less stressed and in turn, be more snail.

How did I not KNOW ABOUT THIS?!!!!!

OMG. You all have no idea how many hours I've spent listening to The Wiggles and talking about The Wiggles and seeing The Wiggles in concert. I must admit that I don't hate The Wiggles, not like my desire to dismember Calliou, but there is only so much children's music one should have to listen to in a lifetime.

Then I saw this!

#fridaypoll-you can only save three

I got the last of my things from my old house this week. It was a bittersweet moment as with that one last carload of things, my life in that house (once home) was officially over. I had taken as much as I could when I had initially moved out a couple months back but I'd come to realise that there were a few things that were really sentimental that I really needed. Luckily it was agreed upon that I could take them.

I got the Xmas ornaments.

None of the ornaments are expensive, but that's not the point. Each one, no matter how dodgy they may look were part of the process - the process of trying to make Xmas more special every year.

Within this box are Australian animals ornaments that have been shipped to me over the years from my family as well as "crafty" handmade ornaments that the kids create every year.  There is a even a black belt rhino, some reindeer, snoglobes and a santa in a swimsuit. To everyone else they will seem like ordinary everyday ornaments - but to me there is a memory within each one.

This is a long introduction to today's #Fridaypoll which is going to be held a little differently. There are so many choices to this that I couldn't possibly create a poll to include them all sooooooo instead of voting I want you to just tell me. Leave a comment below.

If your house was on fire, which three items you would rescue from the flames? 
(No humans or pets as it's assumed you will take those with you)

The poll is absolutely inspired by the move out of my old house. I couldn't take everything, couldn't even get close. I took what was important as well as what was necessary. If my apartment was on fire now what would I take? Well knock on wood that doesn't happen but if it did I would take my "documents binder" I have prepared, my jewelry box with the sentimental stuff in it, and my travel journal from when I went around the world. Maybe. I'm not sure. It's a really hard question to answer.
