Halloween pics, only of me though..
Remember the whole reason behind the Tatamimat switching from 3.0 to 4.0. Yep, to protect the family and my sanity the site became all about me. So of course the Halloween costume pics are ...all about me. If you want to see pics of my kids and family they are on FB. I have a couple of costumes here but to be honest this was the first year that we all dressed up for Halloween. The kids dressed as Mario and Aurora, Jay dressed as a banana and Uncle Dave was a member of the Cobra Kai. I dressed like Coraline:
This is Coraline. She has blue hair, freckles and spends a lot of her movie dressed in a yellow raincoat and yellow gumboots. We watched the movie early Halloween morning and I decided that I should dress as her..
I got my yellow boots....
and a yellow jacket....
...blue hair and drawn on freckles and Coraline I was.
Some people thought I was a raver....BOO!
Others thought I was the Morton Salt Girl...well that was better.
Who cares. The kids thought it was awesome that I was Coraline and that's all that mattered, except that Jay dressed as a giant banana got more attention than me.

Munchie Madness. Its madness I say!
Wednesday nights are now fun for us. We take the kids to skating lessons and then meet up with the gang at Brave New World - soon to be dubbed The Scv Twittah Crew Fort South. We eat food truck food and talk. Last night we were lucky enough to get our hands on some amazing grilled sandwiches by the Munchie Machine. It had been a lovely 96 degree Autumn day (yeah, I know) and I had spent the majority of it balled up on the sofa with an annoying cold but I was determined to do what makes me the happiest - hang out with my motley crew of amazing people. We met up at about 6.30 and did what we do best, talked politics and music and ate while the kids literally ran in circles around us. Thanks to Jay, Andreanna, Nick, Mike, Hsaiwen, Aleks, Nate and Lady Ducayne and the kids for coming out. Again it was very. :)
